Marriage Mentorship
Marriage mentorship provides couples with a unique opportunity to receive guidance and support from an experienced mentor. Unlike counseling, marriage mentorship focuses on developing strategies and skills to strengthen the relationship, rather than on individual psychological issues. One of the main differences between mentoring and counseling is that mentoring is a two-way relationship, where both the mentor and the couple work together to find solutions and build a strong foundation for the marriage.
Mentorship follows a relational and conversational model to develop and strengthen the mentees deepest concerns. Mentors share their real-life experiences to provide real solutions to real problems. Offers empowerment, support, feedback, advice and improved self-awareness and accountability. Does not accept medical insurance. No degree or licensing is required, but mentors have extensive personal (real-world) expertise in the client’s areas of needs. Mentorship is all about passing along the mentors real- life experiences, knowledge, connections & resources to their mentees to empower them to succeed. Topics are conversational in nature on various areas of concerns the mentees may have.
